Rev. Joseph T.L.Yim was born in Hong Kong in 1952. In 1972, he felt called to enter the Holy Spirit Seminary and was ordained as a priest in Hong Kong in 1979. He has served in various parishes and has also worked with youth development at the Holy Spirit Seminary and taught at the Seminary of Philosophy and Theology. He pursued further studies in the United States and Rome in 1986 and 2004, respectively. In 2008, Rev. Joseph T.L.Yim joined Caritas - Hong Kong and in 2015, he assumed the position of Chief Executive of Caritas - Hong Kong.
