1991- 1993 - Inclusion of Canossa Hospital and Precious Blood Hospital as part of Caritas
In 1991, the Canossian Daughters of Charity entrusted Caritas to manage Canossa Hospital which was renamed as Canossa Hospital (Caritas). In 1993, Precious Blood Hospital became part of the Caritas family.
．In 2007, the renovation of the entire Canossa Hospital (Caritas) transformed it into a modern hospital fully equipped with up-to-standard equipment.
．Precious Blood Hospital (Caritas) is located in Sham Shui Po. Part of its building was classified as a Grade III historic building by the Antiquities and Monuments Office.
．On 5 October 2009, the opening ceremony of the Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Out-patient Department of Precious Blood Hospital (Caritas) was held.
